The 1% Cohort 2026: Crypto Edition (the "Program") is operated by Trading with Sidhant LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India and an education provider (GSTIN 36AAVFT2975Q1ZW). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of, access to, and use of the Program and the website cohort.hitpoint.app (the "Site").

By enrolling, paying for, or accessing any part of the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the Program.

Trading with Sidhant LLP is an education provider. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing in the Program is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, crypto asset, or financial instrument.

We do not provide buy/sell signals, tips, portfolio management, or guaranteed returns. The Program teaches a decision-making framework. All trading and investment decisions you make are your own, and you are solely responsible for them.

Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the loss of part or all of your capital. Crypto markets are highly volatile. Past performance and any results shared by students or instructors are not indicative of future results. See our Disclaimer for more.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to enroll. By enrolling you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate.

Prices, seats, phases, and start dates are as shown on the Site at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future buyers. The price you are charged is the price shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by a third-party checkout and payment provider, not on this Site. Your payment is also subject to that provider's terms. Where stated, GST is included in the listed price; where a price is shown as plus GST, applicable taxes are added at checkout.

No-cost EMI, where offered, is provided by your card issuer/bank. Any bank charges, interest, or taxes on EMI are governed by your agreement with the bank and are your responsibility.

Seats are limited and confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We may close enrollment at any time once seats are filled.

All sales are final. Fees paid for the Program are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the Program details, watch the free public sessions, and contact us with any questions before you enroll. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

On enrollment you receive access to live and recorded sessions, materials, and the community for the access period described on the Site (for example, recording access for the stated duration). Access is personal to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login and access details secure. Access is granted to a single named individual and may not be shared.

When you access the Program and community, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, record, redistribute, or publicly post any session, recording, or material;
• Share your access with, or allow it to be used by, anyone else;
• Harass, abuse, spam, or post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content in the community;
• Use the Program or community to promote your own paid services, signals, or solicitations without our written permission;
• Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any access controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms or behave in a way that harms other members or the Program.

All Program content, including the CMM 2.0 framework, curriculum, videos, recordings, slides, written materials, and the Site itself, is owned by or licensed to Trading with Sidhant LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal learning only. All other rights are reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading with Sidhant LLP, its partners, instructors, and staff will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Program.

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep sessions and access running smoothly, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may reasonably adjust the schedule, format, instructors, or content of the Program to deliver equivalent or better value. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the Site, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms.
