Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the Program gives you immediate access to high-value, limited-seat live training, recordings, materials, and a private community, all enrollments are final. Fees paid for The 1% Cohort 2026: Crypto Edition are non-refundable, in full or in part, once payment is made.

This applies regardless of how much of the Program you attend or use, including if you change your mind, are unable to attend live sessions, or do not complete the Program.

Enrollment is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person, and your seat cannot be deferred to a later cohort unless we expressly agree in writing.

We want you to enroll with full information. Before you pay, you can:

• Watch the CMM 2.0 system taught and traded live and free on the public Hitpoint streams;
• Review the full curriculum, format, dates, and pricing on this Site;
• Message our team on WhatsApp at +91 80629 63333 with any questions.

Once you have done this and decided to enroll, your purchase is final.

If you are charged more than once for the same enrollment due to a technical or payment-gateway error, contact us with proof and we will verify and return any genuine duplicate or excess charge. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned, and it is not a refund of your enrollment fee.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law. This policy applies to the extent permitted by that law.
